Saved services & offline access
Public pages can be browsed without an account. Film playback and full crew profiles require a free account. We store your name, email and a password hash on the server. Essential session and security cookies keep website members signed in; the native app keeps a revocable sign-in token in secure device storage. Public pages and your shortlist may be cached on your device. Private profiles and playback credentials are not stored in the public offline cache. You can change your password or permanently delete your account from My account. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are installed.
Web-server requests
Standard server logs may record your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to operate and secure the website.
Email & phone enquiries
Email and telephone links open your own apps. An email enquiry is sent only when you send it through your email provider. HDM receives the information you choose to include so it can respond to your request. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices
Remove saved services with their bookmark controls. You can clear website data and offline files in your browser settings. Contact HDM about information you have sent by email or phone.
Film playback and external providers
Uploaded films play from this website. Some films may use an external video file, YouTube or Vimeo. Starting those films connects your browser to the provider, which may receive your IP address and browser information.
