THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PERSPECTIVE
Rooted in culture.
Made of stories.
We believe the most meaningful stories begin with listening — to a place, to its people, and to the things that connect us.

01 / OUR PERSPECTIVE
From our roots,
towards new horizons.
HDM Production is a home for Kurdish stories and perspectives. Our starting point is simple: culture is alive in the everyday — in a voice, a landscape, a memory, a conversation.
Through cinema and shared experiences, we want to make room for those stories. To look closely, to ask questions, and to connect people across places and generations.
A story can begin in one place
and find a home in many.
WHAT GUIDES US
A point of view.
A way of working.
Culture, with care.
Approach each story with curiosity and respect for the voices, traditions and context that give it meaning.
People at the centre.
Look beyond the frame. Make space for different experiences, honest conversations and human connection.
Horizons, kept open.
Stay rooted without standing still. Let our stories travel, meet new perspectives and speak to a wider tomorrow.
Our roots are a beginning,
not a boundary.
MANY VOICES. A SHARED THREAD.
A little more
than a production.
A meeting place for filmmakers, creative minds and people who believe in the power of a shared story. On screen, in conversation, and in the moments in between.
